PLAYER CARD DETAILS

  • Card required to play in any Basketball or Volleyball league program

  • Card required for ALL players which includes outside team players

  • Cost = $30 per player (non-refundable)

  • Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase

  • There is a $10 replacement charge for any lost Cards
